My specialist told me at 2,000 hcg you should see a yolk sac so I’d guess in order to see a fetal pole you’d need to be much higher than that. I did a quick google and it said hcg needs to be over 5,000 to see a fetal pole. I'm going back around 7 weeks to make sure everything is progressing normally. Usually it's not until around 6 weeks when you can see the fetal pole and heartbeat.
