Honda accord 2003 wont start
95 Accord. Cranks but wont start. 210k miles on the vehicle and engine. For the last 15k miles the engine occasionally hesitates/misses when accelerating for a second or so, but in general it runs well. Recently the car would not start. It cranks over well and almost seems to want to start, but fails to do so.Yep. 4 months later, and I am having yet another "no start" problem with my lovely 2002 Accord EX. Anyways, here's a rundown of what's happening: some times my Accord absolutely refuses to start up when cranking the key. No reaction comes from the engine(no noise for that matter) except for the dashboard coming on.

A multimeter (testing voltage at stsrter motor) would give an actual diagnosis. As it's a manual you can just push/hill start it. And you can do the same at work too.
