A rectangular box, made of 1/2" ply, with fingers to hold the guns constructed out of 3 strips of 1/4" baltic birch, 2 short, 1 tall, glued together. Here is a close up of one of the fingers: The 1/4" birch makes for fingers just flexible but strong enough to hold the guns securely.
