Which, when enemies gives you about 100-170 and takes quite long to kill, is a lot of time lost. Still it's a huge different between losing 25% of xp needed to level and your current xp.The purpose of the rules is to prevent the strong from preying on the weak. The rules are a mechanism to put them on equal footing. For the first group, harming others is an inherent part of social negotiation, and the rules are there just to place limits on the extent of the damage.Another big update is the decay of penalty points, can't say if this would apply to forum as well but It's a good change, even if the latter decay period seem steep to me on paper.
