I'm a Ford Tech with 30 years experience. The problem is the actuator levers (shift fork) that push up the throw out bearing to disengage the clutch. The actuators have 2 rollers and they get frozen and cause this issue. After removing the trans the lever actuators,Throw out bearing and dual disk clutch will need replaced.Ford focus 2014. The actuator (original) is black (not sure if it is supposed to be black or silver) 2. There is something white that looks like water went inside it. What’s worked for me is to clean underneath where clutch actuator mounts to transmission and spray WD40 , I had bad shifting problems and I cleaned the space around the shaft with wd40 and turned that shaft counterclockwise about 14 time till it stop then spray more wd40 on it and released the shaft and it should spring back quickly , I did this about 10 times total with turning and spray ...
