Best bang right now with limited budget is cam change. Twin X suggestion for Andrews 37 is great choice. You already have good air box and great pipes in Cycle Shack. BUT, you are leaving a good 10 HP and 10-12 TQ on the table by not getting head work and raising the comp ratio to about 9.8 to 1 to really get the most out of the cam.Cam selection always involves a trade-off. For low-end torque, you need low-end compression, and to get that you need your intake valves to close fairly early. Lift beyond a certain amount doesn't matter with stock heads/ports, exhaust, and throttle bodies. "Too much horsepower", said no one, ever.

If you want to up the compression on your motor, use the HD P/N 22179-99A cast pistons. That should put you at 10:25-1 compression with the factory 103" heads.
