It might be different elsewhere but my gym told us that the 3 templates released each week are upper body, lower body, and full body. I took yesterday's class and the app shows *Lift45 (Total Body 3)". At mine they're designating 1=upper, 2=lower, 3= full. I've taken 2 full body Lift45 classes and enjoyed them I really liked this one, nothing too complicated, just a good full body workout. Definitely more of a focus on lower body and core, imho.
