In my understanding, you need to begin the dynasty and in the offseason menu, you go to recruiting, let it generate all of the recruits and then stop there. Save the file, run the recruiting tool on it and then load it back into the game and do your recruiting. I installed College Football Revamped yesterday, Everything works perfect except for a couple of minor visual things. App State, Coastal and Georgia Southern all have the helmets of the teams they replaced. Love the new plays and formations.
