Appeared frozen but was patient and it went through. By the way, generated a 15k x 15k world, and it took all 32 GB of ram to do it. ~12 minutes to generate.

Set the GameWorld property to the name of the generation map (Navezgane, CustomGen, etc.). Set the GameName property to the name of the world (world, MyFavoriteWorld, etc.). Set the WorldGenSeed and WorldGenSize properties to the values in your single-player world. Save and Start your server.

kept separate from Saved games, in separate folders. Worlds go in the worlds folder and saved games go in the saved games folder. If you pre-generate a Nitrogen, RWG, or custom map, it goes in the Worlds folder, not the Saves folder. Copy the backuped files into the RWG map savegame. voila. This should work. Yes i know brute force tactic^^.The XML-files used are located in "...\7 Days To Die\Data\Config" and as always make a backup before messing with stuff. 1.
