I came up in the Navy eating this pizza at 2 am when in various states of intoxication in Virginia Beach. So when we moved to Colonial Heights earlier this year I was excited to order a pie. In spite of the fact that every time we order, the pizza is underdone, some weird part of nostalgia makes me try again.We used to have a Cici's in Charlottesville and they closed , sadly.
