Let me explain what I see upon the game launch: I can see the Re-Logic logo, then a black screen after that freezes forever. I am unaware of what may be causing this issue. However, when I try to run the normal terraria, it works fine. Did some more digging; found out that an unstable internet connection can limit frames on Terraria (which seemed to make sense since the mods I used didn't seem to limit FPS on a singleplayer world too much). So I did some speedtests and changed my WiFi adapter; went from 2.47mBps download to 22.1.
