I've been shooting BH, IMI and CBC 77gr from a 18" Larue Wylde chambered, suppressed with no popped primers... I have experienced popped primers from CBC 62 and 77 gr 556 in a 556 chambered 11.5" while suppressed. In my guns, the most consistently accurate .223 /5.56 75-77 gr factory ammo I've tested is the Hornady Black 75 gr, followed by the Magtech 77, and Freedom 77. IMI 5.56 77 can also shoot sub moa, but it can sometimes shoot inconsistently and is a considerably hotter load than anything else, so needs a different zero.Since IMI 77gr seems to be in good supply, what are people's experiences with various barrels / rifles and that ammo? I am targeting 18-20" barrel, DI gas system (no piston). I have Larue ultimate precision upper from 2017 that has OKish groups (1.1-1.5 MOA at 100, using 18X scope).
