But it's not like people dual-wielding two swords or the like. One hand used a light weapon, like a dagger, while the other used the main weapon. The dagger was to counter close quarters combat while the main weapon was to fight at a small distance but further than an arms reach.For any charecter I think pistols and submachine guns should be able to dual wield. At body level 10, assault rifles should be unlocked as a body check option for dual weilding, further more for shotguns and lmgs at body level 20. Especially with Jackie’s duel pistols. You get them both but can only ever use one.

Flesh it out with different reactions to one handed vs. two handed I would love to have dual wielding weapons in CP77. But i feel like it should depend on your characters skills.
