2 weeks and still no call back from Tier 2 agent. Mine took over 20 days. Oh Tier 2 is ridiculous. Our first request was for 72 hours and when the phone rang, it rang once and ended. You can't call them back so if you're not on point with answering your phone, you'll miss them.
