When I started scoring for real, I’d have a supervisor overseeing things. Some were chill and encouraging, others micromanaged everything. I’m an English teacher, so once I had a handle on the question I was able to score the short-answer responses pretty quickly. Some supervisors didn’t like that, even if my scoring was accurate.
