UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity (CSGD), a unit of Penn State Student Affairs, in collaboration with partners around Penn State, will be celebrating Pride Month throughout April. In addition, University campuses across the commonwealth will be hosting events. The Gender Diverse Care Team (GDCT) consists of medical providers, mental health providers, and case managers dedicated to supporting transgender and gender diverse students who are contemplating or pursuing gender-affirming care. The GDCT is a collaboration between Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and University Health Services (UHS). At Duke, Coming Out Day will be celebrated on Oct. 14 due to fall break falling on the national observance.
