If I remember correctly, you have to go and get "Randy's Nose" from the room right before fighting what is probably the HARDEST boss in the game. The guy in the corrupted zone called "Fusion Core." You kinda can't miss it because it's a room with a floor of acid and a bunch of jumping to do over laser balls and lasers.Primary Ability.
