I also have a Frontier 60” and have put that thing through all sorts of stress when it was the only implement I owned and it’s still straight and true. Gotta be some soft mild steel they made yours outta. I’d definitely reinforce it like the guys said or get a stronger one.

The "Countyline" model Box blade by TS has had the issue of no off-set for the top lynch pin. Currently no access to a more powerful welder other than my Lincoln 110 that is too light to work with 1/4 or 3/8 steel, the choice is to work with items I can use lighter tools with. Goal is to not spend money but use up materials on hand when possible.
