You turn it and hold the start position the fuel pump kicks on but no crank. If I pull the ignation switch out and jump c&a it'll crank over.Could be oil pressure,fuel,spark,throttle body gunked up,bad compression etc. Could be a number of things. Best way to tackle issues like thar is start with compression check,fuel pressure check,and oil pressure check. Then go from there. Without zeroing out those 3 basic functions its just guessing.Inspect the pump assembly and pick up filter. It may need cleaning or replaced. Possible rebuild or replacement of pump as well. With 55psi, it’s already low and out of spec. All good points,but as for fuel pressure it 58 +/- 2 so in reality it's out by 1 psi.
