I think as standard for day length in multiplayer is 2 hour day lengths, sleeping half a day is huge time sink. Lots of inactivity. So you’d have to balance it for a Power nap strategy. Possible you actually degrade users vision like in main game, for when no nap of any sort was taken after 24 or 48 in game hours.Just like chopping a tree, watering plants, building anything or moving inventory items, reading a book is an interruptable action. Sleeping can't be interrupted by the player themselves, so it automatically fast forwards time. This. Could be a few hours or more. With standard settings it can take several in game hours (about 4 or 5 in my experience, but I usually sleep through the pain phase and in standard settings you can't do as many exercises) to go away, so it would take at least that much time in real time. I think zomboid multiplayer should eventually let us have sleeping, and when we sleep we go to another server( possibly linked with the one we are on) that is 8-12 hours off set in time. This would simulate the passage of time and allow us to have the full experience.If we click on the bed there is no button that says sleep or anything.
