There is a float at the bottom of the filter, when water is present it floats up and sets the light off. Drain the float and see what happens over time. Adding isopropyl gas dry may help but it sounds like you have a lot of water in the fuel.P026D Issue. In my experience, the changing the MAP, MAF and NOX sensors did not help P026D. If you check the fuel filter and find small brass bits then changing the filter and a fuel flush may help (see 18-NA-361). If it's plugged and unable to read the correct manifold pressure then it's not going to inject the right amount of fuel which is what can cause the P026D code to trip.
