When the FCU is out it can slip behind where it belongs, rotating the slide lever won't depress the sear down and the slide jams into it. It's like it's own trigger finger actually pulling the sear down. I have seen videos that show how to get the FCU out of the frame: completely punch out the pin at the back of the slide and the lift the FCCU out from the back first. I suggest you watch the videos that are available for the non-safety version and you will see there isn't any difference in the procedure. Got 365 legion couple weeks ago now. Have put 250 rds through it. Have noticed some play both vertically and horizontally by the fcu in the axg grip module. Initially did not notice much. It rattles with mag in and mag out. Never have had any movement like this with the p320.
