I know this is relatively low specced for something like streets, but I've seen people with 3090's rocking 80fps while only being about twice as fast in hardware. On streets, I get an average of 20fps (at 1080p). Is my rig really just that old and in need for an upgrade or is it more of a ... My specs are: 3070, 9700k 4.6ghz, 16gb 3200mhz ddr4 ram. Game is on ssd. I usually get 60-90 fps. My GPU usage is never 99% as on factory, it's usually at 65-80%. Causing my fps to not be as high as it should, my cpu is usually sitting in the 60% range, but fluctuates constantly from 60-80% usage. Turn off postfx. Turn off vsync and turn on NVIDIA reflex. HBAO High. Resampling off (you really won't notice a difference) RTX 3070 TI FE Ultra 1440p only getting 45 fps. I was lucky enough to snag a RTX 3070 TI the other day for MSRP after standing in line for 6 hours. Since installing, i'm only getting 45 fps on Tarkov on any map.
