There are plenty of alternatives like OneDrive, Dropbox, Mega, etc. Dropbox still offers unlimited storage if you buy their advanced plan (min 3 users). Otherwise buy Google Drive enterprise plan (min 5 users). OneDrive for education is still 5 TB with extendable Upto 25 TB iirc. There are other ways to DDL. r/piracy is more active than r/animepiracy because anime is niche and anime piracy is even more niche than piracy. They also allow vaguely related submissions, painfully stupid questions, submissions that definitely belong on other subreddits, and all of the general spoonfeeding garbage the mods here purge for breaking the rules.I don't have an experience like yours, but I pirate stuff for the same reasons. When an IP is in the hands of a multi-million dollar corporation alongside thousands of other IPs that they farm money from, the people at the top who collect it all don't give a shit about the IP or its fans until the money starts to go away (or they feel like investing).
