The logic models included in this site are based partly on what many practitioners use and partly on what the research shows works. But remember, no off-the-shelf logic model will fit your needs exactly. Creating your logic model is a team effort and a good exercise for any organization. Logic models can be viewed as a representation of the program’s underlying theory of change. This document provides an overview of the components of a logic model, examples of logic model designs, and describes the use of logic models in program planning and evaluation.
