I have the same problem. A simple "delete all" button would save hours of aggravation. Comcast is costing business so much money with this stupid glitch and it doesn't seem interested in fixing it. Seriously, a high school kid in a computer programming class could throw a button on there, easy stuff. Bad business, Comcast.
