This is so true! A psychology class will help, but sociology classes don't help because the soc theories and examples on the MCAT are random. I got a 131. My friend studied from it and they got a 130. To me, it was a livesaver and covered everything that I hadn't covered since freshman year.

I used the 86 page one for my first mcat and the 300 page one for the second mcat. I liked the 300 page better. For my P/S content review, I used the 86 pg doc and premed95's anki deck. I did the 300pg doc in 7 days, 8 days if you include the bonus material (pages 300-335). If you combine that with a lot of practice you should be able to score really well on P/S overall.
