Atlax's Diary could be made an offhand book item to possibly provide similar buffs. Abyssal Pearl's are obviously still low on the drop rate so they could always use another buff as well. Hard Combat Achievements tasks require the player to have high combat levels, having high-level equipment available, and an intermediate knowledge of dealing with boss mechanics in order to complete.
