Blocked from refunds after 4 years. So my wife and I have, rather had, used Uber eats for years. Normally without issue. Every once in awhile a restaurant would mess up an order and we would contact them, and get a refund. We only ever did this when items were blatantly wrong. Like, I ordered a chicken sandwich and I got tuna.Got an ongoing issue with Ubereats. Ordered some food the other night and over 1/2 of the food and drinks were missing. Didn't realise until we unpacked it and by then too late to get a hold of anyone apart from support. They have offered me A £9 refund on a £35 order. I think this isn't acceptable and they won't budge.Cancel the order, and select "item damaged" if that's an option, if it's not an option just select other and type that the food was destroyed. You'll still get paid for the trip, the downside is that the order will count against your cancellation rate.
