It detected male DNA so we knew at least one baby was a boy and it was confirmed at 20 weeks that we are having a boy and a girl. There are no Dynacare labs here and they are the ones that run the Harmony test. To get a Harmony test in BC you have to get your blood drawn at the hospital after having received a “number” from the BC Prenatal Genetic Screening Program. Then they send your sample to Dynacare (I think in Ontario). Please note that it will take 3 - 5 business days for the payment to reflect on the case
