I have a 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet blowing cold or cool heat. Have had the heater radiator flushed, new water pump, new thermostat and still it's not heat. Dec 23, 2023 · It's clogged. The coolant bonds with the metal. The coolant breaks down over time and the factory stop leak causes the super tight passageways within the core to clog. The clog is actually bonded with the metal in the core. Flushing is just a waste of your time. Swapping is about an hour of time to do.This happened with our 2010 Jeep Liberty. Chances are it's your blend door housing. It's not repairable. You need to get a replacement and get the seal kit to go with it. If you're handy you can do this job in about four to five hours. If low, then fill and bleed the air out of the system.
