Life and death technically have the best chances. If you heal (life) you do more work and get a better drop rate chance. Death has an extemely high chance because they attack and get health back. So they stay a live longer. If your dying thousands of times you obviously wont get a high drop rate. But if you rarely die you'll get a good rate.With the Darkmoor Gear, Storm has more accuracy than Ice (Storm gets 102 Accuracy) while Ice gets 99 Accuracy. The whole point of Storm in my opinion is high damage, but with a chance of a fizzle. Storm has more "resist" due to the pierce that Storm can deal out to Ice, which can remove Ice's Resist.
