This game wouldn't be good as a endless mode just because of the progression system and how mechanics work in this game. As far as wave based stuff goes the new spiritual assault is a great addition to the game with a lot of challenging elements to it (your blue essence levels don't work in it).I got this Early Access, it replaced many of the hours I would have been suffering through BL3. I bought this knowing EA's do not always succeed. However, as my hours show, I am happy (was?) happy with this game.
