Juhani's character quest is incredibly bugged in vanilla. The KotOR Community Patch would have fixed it, but it won't fix it retroactively, especially if you've been to that many planets. You'd have to restart or else file this in the memory bank for your next playthrough. I seem to remember an old bug that would occur if you triggered Xor (Juhani quest) or triggered Mika Dorin's "secret" shop too early.
