I was looking for a poem for my mom. She also had COPD and suffered a massive stroke. She had her stroke 36 years to the day my father passed away. My dad passed away December 27,1972 and my mom had her stroke on December 27, 2007. My mom passed away on January 10, 2008. It describes everything I am trying to say and put in words and could not.
