The first drop rate is extremely high. By day 2 or 3, Wowhead said 3% of profiles now own the mount this year on the rocket's wowhead page, up from like 0%, which is enormous since not everyone was trying to get it. I got it on day 5 by casually running it on my main once a day. There's a couple of mistakes people are making.This mount looks very similar to other fiendish horse that drops from Headless Horseman during Hallow's End event.
