Conflict negotiation is the process of resolving a dispute or a conflict permanently, by providing for each sides' needs, and adequately addressing their interests so that they are satisfied with the outcome.The negotiation process consists of identifying one’s desired goals—that is, what you are trying to get out of the exchange—and then developing suitable strategies aimed at reaching those goals.
