You're working with only 19% crit chance so primed ravage doesn't give a major boost. Tainted Shell will majorly reduce the initial spread of the beams making far better use of its ammo. You have merciless for base damage, either drop blaze for ravage, or if you still want the heat damage, drop primed point blank for it. You'll already be getting additional base damage from either mod + merciless + galv savvy. Pick 3, not 4. You'll have better multipliers with crit damage.
