Maybe chronological age is measured in the frame of reference of the colony and this colonist traveled at relativistic speeds to get to this rimworld. There's 15 days per quadrum and 4 quadrums per year, so a year has 60 days on the rimworld.I think a royalty DLC patch increased it from 3200 to something else. Unsure what exactly.
