Really OP in my opinion. Use a cotton swab to swab any mob you want w/ right click, craft it into chicken feed, feed to chicken, and you’ll get a spawn egg for that mob. Take that spawn egg and right click on any spawner you got with Silk Touch and it’ll make it a spawner for whatever mob you have the spawn egg for.Typically I find a spot, dig down below 40, and then start excavating underneath the ocean floor.
