I was fiddling with adjusting screws and could never get the sweet spot. Bought a new carburetor (venseri) and now it wont even turn over. I seated the screws and went counterclockwise 1.5 turns and nothing.Step 6. Unscrew the air filter box and remove it from the engine to access the carburetor.
