The seafood was cooked perfectly. The shrimp was tender. The crab legs were sweet to taste. The crawfish was okay as there isn't much meat there but it does suck up the boil spices nicely. The added sausage was excellent and tender. The scallops were okay as you don't get many in half a pound and the boil spice waters down the natural sweet taste.
