Good luck out there. Targeted loot, no specific way. it's a world drop, best way to farm it is backpack targeted loot. Ask a hunter nicely he will direct you to the Outcast who made it for him. Targeted loot is good, open your exotic caches as well. Don't worry dude I've been farming solid for 4 weeks and no dice.With memento: I was at 15 kills at the 4th battle, 30 kills at end of 7th battle with 1 battle left. So at the 4th battle i had gained an extra 1.5% armor regen. The reality is that the build as is doesn't work with memento. I would need to build around memento. pull 3 of the murakami out entirely, go with fox knees, bell, memento, 1 wyvrn, 2 hana.
