Grineer: Radiation + Viral (Toxin can still work if you do not have enough space for a Cold mod) Corpus: Magnetic + Toxin. Infested: Corrosive + Heat. Void: Corrosive + Cold (Heat is preferred by some players though to take on the Heavy Gunners.Viral: Very effective against Corpus. As you progress through the game you will need more complete settings. For example, against Corpus, use weapons of Magnetic damage + Toxin, and other wonders, but for now, don't complicate your life much.
