When I got my truck with 3 pedal eaton 10 speed autoshift first thing my mechanic converted it to regular 10 speed manual. I paid $2000 for all job. The problem on these older transmission wiring issues, sensors and ecm. An update on my problems with the 2005 junk Eaton 10 spd. Two long trips and the same event sequence of events of quick reshifts in and out of 10th after about two hours on the road, then more frequent 10th gear studders, then speedo drops to 0, fault light in 10th and then eventually total lockup stuck in 10th. 4 times, like clock work, if locked in 10th after 4 hours of running.AutoShiftTM Gen3 with SmartShiftTM Control.
