The plan is to make it striker fired semi auto using the original FCG. Got a parts kit from MGS but sadly it is missing a barrel and trunnion as well as the piece of the receiver that has the info on where it was made. Thats the piece I really want but can never replace. I work at a gun shop and some of my customers are kit builders or were. It'll hold but it probably won't run. Cut it back apart, gap the parts, back them with aluminum bar (1.125" if I remember correctly), clamp it all tight as hell. Actually you can do a reweld legally as long as you add a denial bar, add a block so the trigger can only go semi auto and convert it to a closed bolt.
