You may need to unplug the monitor and plug it back in. Try unplugging the USB to PC cable. People have had issues when monitor is acting as a pass through device.It's the correct file for a Neo G7 or Neo G8 depending on which link you use. It's an IMG file. I believe you put it on a FAT32 formatted USB drive, place it in one of the USB ports on the monitor, and turn the monitor on.
