If the valve has a little lever on the opposite side of the spool that might need to be flipped the other way to allow double acting function. It works great and makes using attachments like a grapple bucket great. I installed this kit on my B2630 Kubota. Had to have hoses going to the front made and different fittings for the hydraulic valve block.
