I would recommend 14 Wisdom, you will need 19 wisdom to cast 9th level spells, and there are a ton of +4 wisdom headbands in the game. You can increase it to 15 wisdom at level 8. You can also decrease CHA to 7 if you want, it's pretty useless for Druid.Persuasion is also a class skill, which is useful due to there being a number of skill check that only the PC can make.
