Cadillac xt5 ac not working
2016 temp gauge not working, radiator fan runs constantly, 3.6L. All of a sudden, the temperature gauge doesn't work (stuck on "L") and the radiator fan runs on high as soon as the car is started. The fan continues to run for a few minutes after shutting off the car. The temp guage is centered after engine warms up like it normally would be. Richard, I've had the same problem with my XT5. The techs have identified the cause is a defective battery temperature sensor which sends a faulty reading of the battery temp causing the main computer to shut down the auto stop function.
